June 2007. Algotronix demonstrates DesignTag at 44th DAC in San Deigo
At its booth at DAC Algotronix demonstrated its DesignTag system successfully detecting five tags within a operating FPGA chip on a Xilinx evaluation board. Each tag was included within a major IP block within a complex design taken from a Xilinx application note which included a PicoBlaze processor, VGA driver, audio driver and user interface circuits. This demonstrates the feasibility of using DesignTag to quickly determine whether a particular IP core is present within an SoC chip.
